Hi- I was invited to see three plays performed by this fourth grade class. The plays that were presented were, Lewis and Clark, Harriet Tubman, and George Washington. The plays were entertaining plus educational at the same time.

Three Oregon City museums closed till further notice.

Hi- On Saturday, March 7, 2009, my daughter and I visited two out of three museums that will be closed in Oregon City, Clackamas Co., Oregon. As you know, the trickle effect of the economy has started to hit the budgets of museums and their staffing. The Clackamas Family History Library that is housed in the Museum of the Oregon Territory will also close till further notice.
The house that is pictured is the Stevens Crawford House. From the parking lot of Museum of the Oregon Territory on Tumwater, Oregon City, the Willamette Falls can be viewed.
The third museum that is not pictured is the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center.
Please support your local museums,
Craig.
